No. It summarizes your own report and the statute dates. Bring it to your attorney and engineer.
Who sees my file?+
Only us and our processing provider. Partners see your summary only if you ask for an introduction, and we confirm names with you first.
How long do you keep my file?+
Uploaded files are set to delete after 30 days. Your summary is kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it.
How accurate is it?+
The math is exact for the figures provided. Automatic reading is in beta, so always verify against your report.
Do you work outside Florida?+
Not yet.
How do you make money?+
During our pilot, we don't. Later, partners may pay for introductions you request. If that happens, we'll disclose it here and it will never change your report.
